These Terms and Conditions govern the conditions under which the Player may use this Website, the software needed to access and participate in the Games.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and print and retain a copy.
The Player may only register on the Website, create an Account or play once the Player has confirmed that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Once the Player has accepted these Terms and Conditions, an agreement is concluded between the Player and PAS.CO bv, which will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
If a person is unwilling to accept these or the amended Terms and Conditions, that person may not play and will be denied access to the Games.
In case of queries as to these Terms and Conditions, please contact our Customer Support team for clarification or assistance.
PAS.CO bv may change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Player will be asked to accept these amended Terms and Conditions again.
The servers are hosted in Belgium by Combell NV, Skaldenstraat 121, 9042 Gent.
1. DEFINITIONS
The following definitions are used in these Terms and Conditions:
- “Games”: means all B-licence games (money games and games of chance), both free and pay-to-play games, offered to the Players on the Website.
- “Player”: is a person who is registered to play and is aged 21 or over.
- “Player Account”: the Player's personal account, linked to the Player’s personal details, login and password, which has been created by the Player in order to access and participate in the Games via the Website, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
- “Terms and Conditions”: means the terms and conditions set out in this document.
- “Website”: means the Website https://www.36win.be and its related services. The Website provides internet Players with free and pay-to-play Games.
- “Operator”: the Website is managed by PAS.CO bv, with registered office at Boelare 61, 9900 Eeklo, Belgium.
2. PURPOSE
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Player gains access to the Website where they can play the Games for free or for real money (pay-to-play). The Website is operated by the Operator under licence B+21540 granted and supervised by the Belgian Gaming Commission.
3. REGISTRATION
Games can only be played after the Player is registered and has opened a Player Account with the Operator.
During registration, the Player will be asked to provide the Operator with personal information about himself, either via itsme or manually, including but not limited to their name, address, date and place of birth, gender, email address, telephone number and bank details.
Games offered by the Operator and accessible online are reserved for natural persons who are legally competent under the law, aged 21 or over and not prohibited under law, the Belgian Gaming Commission or any other official authority from participating in games of chance and/or real-money games.
The Player must verify, prior to registration on the Website, that their country of residence authorises participation in gambling, money games and games of chance. The Player is solely responsible for this verification, but the Operator reserves the right to close the Player Account if the Operator finds that the Player is playing in breach of the law or regulations of his country of residence.
The Player agrees to provide only true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to update this information to keep it true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. It is a Player’s sole responsibility to inform the Operator of any changes to his personal details by updating his registration information.
The Operator reserves the right to prevent persons who provide false or inaccurate information from accessing the Website.
The Operator also reserves the right to refuse to open an account, at its sole discretion, if it suspects the Player is providing false or inexact information. The Operator reserves the right to close the Player Account(s) and take appropriate action.
The Player Account is a personal account in the name of the Player and is non-transferable in any way to any third party, even free of charge.
Only one Player Account may be assigned per Player. Once the Player Account has been closed, the Player may open a new Player Account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, except where the Player Account was closed on the Operator's initiative due to fraud or where the account was closed as a result of a ban in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Player must choose a Username. The name chosen by the Player as Username must not be offensive, defamatory or in breach of any third party rights. The Operator reserves the right to change the Username with immediate effect. Only the Username will be seen by other Players.
The Player must use his real name and identity for the purposes of registration.
Unless otherwise mentioned, all of these fields are mandatory and will be verified (with the exception of password):

Only Players who register manually will receive an email containing a hypertext link that will enable them to activate their Player Account. Players must click on this link to the Website, where they will be informed that their Player Account has been activated.
Only Players who have registered manually must submit valid proof of identity by email or by uploading it to their player profile.
By clicking on the ‘Player Profile/Edit Profile’ button on the Website's home page, the Player can update their personal information and profile at any time, with the exception of their name, date and place of birth, and Username.
Once the Operator has validated the Username, the Player will no longer be able to change it.
The chosen password remains strictly confidential and personal. By clicking on ‘Player Profile/Change Password’, the Player can change the password (by entering the current password and entering the new password twice).
The Operator cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the Player not personalising the password or disclosing the password to third parties.
If the Player forgets their password, they can click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and enter their email address. The Operator will send information about the request to reset the password. If the Player forgets their Username, the Player can contact the customer support department. The Player remains solely responsible in the event that they can no longer access their Player Account because they have forgotten their login details.
The Player must immediately notify the Operator (customer support department) of any unauthorised use of the login details by third parties or if the Player believes that any of the login details are no longer confidential.
The Operator reserves the right to ask the Player to change their login details if the Operator believes that these details no longer guarantee sufficient security. If there is a problem, the Operator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Player's access to the Website.
By registering, the Player undertakes to use the Website, as well as any other element connected to it and/or forming part of it, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the purpose of the Games offered by the Operator.
4. PARTICIPATION AND FUNCTIONING OF ACCOUNT
4.1. Unique account
The Player is authorized to open only one account.
4.2 Account suspended or closed
Participation in the Games is exclusively by electronic means on the Website which is accessible via any equipment, in particular a computer, mobile phone or any other device enabling connection to the internet.
Participation in the Games is individual and personal.
Each Player must play for himself and shall abstain from resorting to, directly or indirectly, all automated requests for access to the Website.
Any attempt by the Player to resort to non-permitted assistance from artificial intelligence when participating in one of the Games on offer will involve freezing of his account and temporary or definitive exclusion, with no right of appeal.
It is strictly prohibited to modify or attempt to modify the operation of the Games on offer, particularly with a view to modifying the results or any aspect determining the outcome and /or winners of a game.
The Operator will immediately close a Player Account in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive list), if:
- the Player has been forbidden from playing by the application of regulations in force or decision from a governmental authority,
- the Player has not respected the provisions of these Terms and Conditions,
- the Player is guilty of fraud or there is suspicion of illicit activities, acts of pirating or attempts of illicit use of the Website and/or the Games Software and/or the Server Software,
- the Player has not respected the Game rules which are permanently accessible on the Website, particularly when there is collusion between Players, fraud, automated software etc.,
- the Operator considers that a Player has engaged in or attempted to engage in a fraudulent, illegal, dishonest or inappropriate activity when using the Website, and any other manipulation of the Games,
- the Player has attempted or indeed made a fraudulent payment, including but not limited to using a stolen debit card or indulging in money laundering,
and the Operator is entitled to take any action it deems appropriate, including but without limitation and in accordance with the applicable regulations, to:
- immediately freeze the Player's access to the Website (the account will have the status of a deactivated account);
- close the Player’s account with the Operator;
- retain the funds and communicate this information on the Player's account;
- disclose such information (including the identity of the Player) to the financial authorities, the relevant authorities and/or any person or entity legally entitled to receive this information;
- take any legal action against the Player.
5. TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Each Player is fully and solely responsible for their Player Account and for the payment of any sums owed by the Player to the Operator. The Player expressly undertakes not to oppose or request their bank to withdraw any payment made to the Operator for any reason whatsoever.
5.1. Responsibility
The Operator may request the Player’s bank account details.
The Player is advised that they may not in any circumstances use a payment method belonging to a third party.
In response to information provided by the Player at the time of registration, the Operator reserves the right to verify the creditworthiness of a Player, with the help of financial establishments and third-party payment services.
5.2. Verification
The Operator reserves the right to use electronic processors of third party payment companies and/or financial institutions which manage payments made by the Player.
Provided that these third parties comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Player undertakes to be bound by the conditions of the said third party electronic methods of payment and/or of financial institutions.
In the case of a suspicious or fraudulent payment, including use of stolen debit cards, or in the event of any other fraudulent activity (opposing payment), the Operator reserves the right to freeze the Player's account, cancel any payment that may have been made and recover any winnings that it may have unduly transferred.
5.3. Fraud
The Operator also reserves the right to inform authorities or competent entities (including financial establishments) of any fraudulent payment or illicit activity and to use debt recovery companies to recover due sums.
The Operator cannot in any circumstances be held responsible for the fraudulent use of debit cards or stolen debit cards, whether the theft of these cards had been reported by the cardholder or not.
If the Operator suspects that a Player has not reached the minimum age required to play, all winnings earned by the Player will be frozen until the Player has provided irrefutable proof that they have reached the minimum age required to play
5.4. Financial interests
No interest will be paid on funds deposited into the Player’s Account
5.5. Depositing and withdrawing money
The transfer of credit is not possible until after finalized validation of the Player Account by the Operator.
Withdrawal of money can only be accepted if the following items have been validated by the Operator:
- Valid copy of identity document
- Copy of IBAN
The Operator reserves the right to demand any information or documents that it judges necessary to validate any deposits or withdrawals.
5.6 Commissions and processing deadlines
The Operator charges no commission on deposits or withdrawals, irrespective of the payment method. On the other hand, depending on the payment method used, the Player may be subject to charges raised by their bank or payment service operator (PSP). If the Player is invoiced for additional bank charges, the Operator cannot be held responsible. Therefore it is recommended that the Player seeks information about potential transaction costs in advance from its financial establishment or Payment service operator.
Once the Player’s request has been validated, deposits by debit card or other payment methods are processed instantly, unless there are technical problems.
5.7 Consecutive deposits and withdrawals without playing
The Operator reserves the right to charge administration fees of 15% on transactions (withdrawals and deposits) which have not been used for participation in games offered by the Operator. Such conduct by the Player may indicate money laundering, to which the Operator must respond appropriately.
5.8 Default deposit and withdrawal limits
After registration, the player is subject to a standard weekly deposit limit of 200€.
The player can increase or decrease this legal limit using the resources made available on the website. An increase of the legal limit above 200€ per week is granted after 72 hours, following the approval from the Belgian Gaming Commission.
A decrease of the deposit limit is always implemented immediately.
In the event of a refusal of the increase, the player will be notified in writing and accepts that he cannot oppose to this decision.
The player agrees that an increase awarded may be canceled at a later date if PAS.CO bv is obliged to do so.
6. BONUS
Any kind of Bonuses are prohibited by the Belgian Gaming Commission. - Informative note dated 19/02/2020 – Number 14 – Consequences of judgment no. 246.999 of the Council of State. Please refer to the Dutch version of Terms and Conditions for further information.
7. CHAT MESSAGES
Messages written by Players in the Chat areas of the Website must not infringe the rights of third parties, nor be likely to harm the image of the Website or the Operator.
The Player undertakes to respect the basic rules of good conduct and courtesy, notably:
- To remain polite with the people he communicates with;
- To avoid personal attacks;
- And to avoid to post the same message several times.
- It is formally prohibited for Players to send messages (this list is not exhaustive):
- Of a pedophile nature;
- Of a pornographic nature;
- Deliberately harming life and personal integrity;
- That relate to sexual aggression, justification of crimes, war crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes and offences of collaborating with the enemy;
- That incites discrimination, hatred or violence in respect of a person or group of persons by reason of their origin or their membership or non-membership of an ethnic group, nation, race or religious persuasion.
- Contrary to public order and good morals, of a harmful, threatening or abusive nature;
- Constituting harassment, or being vulgar, obscene, threatening for the privacy of others, hateful, etc., directly or indirectly inciting suicide;
- Defamatory and/or offensive;
- Harmful in whatever way to minors.
- Messages contrary to the spirit of the Website (messages which take a stance or express an opinion of a political or religious nature, and abusive, excessive or inappropriate messages)
- Messages that mislead other Players or the Operator by impersonating another person or the Operator’s name and more particularly, by posing as an employee, collaborator or partner of the Operator.
The Operator reserves the right to ban a Player from the chat.
Each Player is solely responsible for the content of messages he posts on the chat. The Operator cannot be held responsible in any circumstances for the content, particularly the illegal nature of the content under applicable law, for any loss or damages as a result of using any of the content displayed and transmitted by instant messaging.
In particular, the Player is advised of the lack of security inherent in the function offered by his computer of saving the Login details automatically, and declares that he will assume total responsibility for the use and possible consequences of using this function.
Every use of Login details is presumed to have been carried out or duly authorized by the Player.
Consequently, the Operator cannot in any circumstances be held responsible for consequences that are detrimental to the Player resulting from illicit, fraudulent or abusive use of the Login details and from access to the Website by a third party not expressly authorized by the Player. As a result, the Player remains solely responsible for not being able to access his account if he forgets his Login details (for which there are recovery procedures in place). Any illicit use of the Player's Login details must be notified to the Operator without delay by contacting Customer support, thus making it possible, once the Player has registered his opposition, to put an end to the effects of the fraudulent use.
8. PROHIBITED USE OF THE WEBSITE
8.1 General
It is strictly prohibited for all Players to override, attempt to override, or circumvent any security measures put in place by the Operator.
8.2 Illegal funds and illegal activities
The Player declares and guarantees to the Operator that the funds he uses for playing on the Website are not of illegal origin, and undertakes not to use the Website for the purpose of transferring funds or exercising a fraudulent or illegal activity, or some prohibited transactions (including money laundering), in accordance with the laws of any jurisdiction to which he is subject.
The Operator reserves the right to limit or refuse unilaterally any wager made by the Player if it suspects an illegal activity or transaction.
If the Operator has the slightest doubt about the Player being or having engaged in fraudulent, illegal or dishonest activities, including but not limited to activities relating to money laundering, or that he has infringed these Terms and Conditions, his access to the Website will be immediately prohibited and his account disabled. The Operator also reserves the right to prohibit access by the Player to all the Operator's other Websites or its other servers.
In the event of the Player’s membership being terminated or his account frozen, the Operator is under no obligation whatsoever to reimburse sums that may be held on his account.
The Operator reserves the right to inform the competent authorities, other providers of internet services, banks, debit card companies, providers of electronic payment methods or any other financial institution of these facts.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
"Distinctive Signs" means the brands, the Operator’s names, signs and commercial names, domain names or URLs, logos, photographs, databases, sounds, videos, animations, images, texts, etc. used on the Website. This list is not exhaustive.
Any unauthorized reproduction of Distinctive Signs constitutes an infringement enforceable by civil and/or criminal proceedings.
All software packages used on the Website, as well as those to which it allows access, as well as all texts, commentaries, illustrations or images reproduced on the Website and on those to which it allows access, are protected by copyright and their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement actionable by civil and/or criminal sanctions.
10. DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Responsibility for the correctness of data
The Player is solely responsible for the data he communicates to the Operator and declares that the data provided at the time of creating his personalized account is complete and accurate.
This personal data is retained by the Operator until the Player Account is closed, except in the case of data is needed for the establishment of proof of a right or a contract, in which case the data may be kept on file by the Operator for a longer period.
10.2 Duty to advice and alert
The Player acknowledges that the Operator has informed him of and brought his attention to the rules applying to the use of the Website.
The Operator advises the Player not to communicate data concerning him by email or any other means unless the Operator has expressly requested him to do so. It is up to the Player to properly verify in advance that the Operator is indeed at the origin of such request.
10.3 Data storage and security of the data.
The Player hereby expressly agrees that the Operator is allowed to manage his/her data from further on, in accordance with the data protection provisions.
The Player's personal information is stored on the Operator's games servers. No unauthorized third party has access to this information.
All of this data is stored in encrypted and secure files. If a third party accesses these files, the Operator undertakes to do its utmost to render the information on these files illegible.
The Operator undertakes to take every useful precaution in respect of the nature of the data and the risks presented by its processing, to preserve the security of the personal data concerning the Player and, in particular, to prevent personal data being misrepresented, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
For reasons of operating the Website the data may be communicated to the Operator's service providers.
The Website host does not have the right to use the Players' personal data it is liable to have access to, except for the purpose of executing the technical services of hosting and managing the databases it is contracted for with the Operator.
The company that developed the gaming platform does not have the right to use the Players' personal data it is liable to have access to, except for the purpose of executing the technical services, maintenance, software updates, urgent repairs, monitoring and managing the databases it is contracted for with the Operator.
10.4 Request for the right of access
All requests for the right of access of his personal data and of rectification can be made in writing and be signed by the concerned person making the request, bearing the address to which the reply should be sent, be accompanied by proof of identity and sent to Customer support.
Customer support will reply to the request within one (1) month from receipt, subject to the request being sufficiently precise and containing all of the necessary elements to enable a response. Where this is not the case, the Operator will ask for the request to be completed.
The Player undertakes to ensure that personal data concerning him is updated when necessary. At all times, the Player can modify and update his personal data given at the time of online registration on the Website by clicking on the "Player Profile/Edit Profile" tab on the homepage.
The Operator reserves the right to update the personal data.
The Operator reserves the right to transmit personal data provided by the Player, either to respect a legal obligation or to apply a decision of a court or official authority.
11. SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
In order to connect to the Website, the Player must verify that his hardware and software, as well as his internet connection are compatible with the conditions of supply of the Website.
The Operator recommends the following configuration:

- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari with active JavaScript.
If the Player does not have this minimum configuration, he risks not being able to benefit from the online services offered by the Operator.
12. DURATION AND TERMINATION
12.1 Duration
The Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Player and the Operator from the validation of the Player’s registration until termination of the Player's registration unless, for whatever reason, otherwise stipulated by these Terms and Conditions and subject to rights and obligations expressly accepted before the termination.
12.2 Termination by the Operator
The Operator reserves the right to terminate the registration and close the Player’s account without notice if:
- the Player's account remains inactive for an uninterrupted period of two (2) years;
- the Operator estimates that the Player has violated one or several of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
- the Operator establishes any act of pirating or attempt to use the Website, the Client Software and/or the Server Software illicitly.
12.3 Termination by the Player
The Player may terminate his registration and close his Player Account at any time.
12.4 After the Termination
The Parties shall no longer have any obligations towards each other after termination of the registration, unless, for any reason, otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions and subject to rights and obligations expressly accepted prior to termination.
13. LIMITS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION STATEMENT
13.1 General limits
The Player uses the Website entirely at their own risk. Unless otherwise specified and to the maximum extent permitted by law, this Website and all its content, the services related to the Website and the Games offered, and the information contained therein or related thereto, are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without any implied or explicit warranty of any kind. In particular, the Operator does not guarantee that the Website and the Games will meet the Player's requirements, will be uninterrupted, will be adequate, secure and free from errors and bugs at all times, and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. The Operator does not guarantee that any defects will be remedied.
The Player acknowledges and accepts that the Operator, its directors, employees, staff, suppliers or subcontractors cannot be held liable in relation to the services offered in connection with the Website and Games or the information made available, for any direct or indirect damage or loss that the Player may suffer, as well as for intangible damage such as loss of profit, use or opportunity, the loss or alteration of data, or the costs arising from the purchase of replacement goods or services, resulting from the use or operation of the Website and/or the services offered or the data accessible via the Website, even if the Operator was informed of the possibility of such damage.
The Operator cannot be held liable if, for any reason whatsoever, one or more Games or services related to the Website are modified, postponed or cancelled or temporarily made unavailable due to maintenance, updates or a technical malfunction of any kind.
The Player hereby expressly waives any non-contractual liability claim against the Operator or the E-licence holder, as well as against any appointee (director, employee, subcontractor, etc.) of the Operator or the E-licence holder for damage caused by the non-fulfilment of a contractual obligation. This article does not affect the legal provisions of public policy or mandatory law.
Furthermore, the Operator reserves the right to interrupt or suspend one or more Games or services related to the Website offered on the Website at any time and without prior notice, without having to justify this with a reason or motive. In such cases, the Operator cannot be held liable in any way, and the Player cannot claim any compensation whatsoever.
13.2 Availability of the Website and its services
The Operator shall strive to ensure availability of the Website on a 24 hours/7 days a week basis. However, during maintenance work, hardware or software updates, urgent repairs to the Website or as a result of circumstances beyond the control of the Operator (such as for example, failure of connections and telecommunication equipment) the Website may be offline or access to the Website can be interrupted.
The Operator undertakes to take all reasonable steps to restrict these disturbances insofar as they are attributable to the Operator. The Player acknowledges and accepts that the Operator assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any unavailability, suspension or interruption of the Website.
13.3 Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of Player to ensure that they understand and comply fully in respect of any national and international laws, regulations, directives etc. applicable to the Player.
The Operator shall under no circumstances incur responsibility for any indirect or unforeseeable damages including, in particular, but not limited to, any missed winnings, loss of opportunity, cost of obtaining a service or replacement technology.
The Operator cannot be held responsible for any third party claims of any kind against Players.
Under no circumstances the Operator will be liable to any costs or expenses incurred by a Player in making a claim.
The Operator will not be held liable to any costs or expenses incurred by a Player for any overdrafts relating to deposits to the Player’s account made through our payment systems. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to them before they make a deposit to their Player Accounts via payment system.
The Operator will not be held liable to any costs or expenses incurred by a Player for any overdrafts resulting from multiple deposits to a Player's account made through the improper use of payment systems. Reloading a cash deposit transaction page constitutes misuse of payment systems and as such, the Operator will not be held responsible or liable for any overdraft charges or costs that they may incur as a result of misuse of payment systems. The Operator shall have the right to suspend or withdraw any participation at its absolute discretion.
Personal details of all Players will remain confidential unless Players agree to their details being used for future publicity purposes.
The Operator will not be liable for any loss of whatever nature arising from the cancellation of any Game, including the loss, for whatever reason, of the chance to participate in the Game.
In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Operator will not be liable to any person:
- in the event of force majeure,
- for the failure of, or damage or destruction of Operator's central computer system or records, or any part thereof,
- for delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or other data transmission system or for any delay resulting in non-receipt of any participation for a particular round.
- consequences of any viruses or computer bugs, faults or technical failures.
- in any technical, hardware and software failure of any kind that has limited or impeded participation in one of the games offered on the Website or damaged the Player's IT system.
The Operator will not be liable for any loss as a result of a force majeure, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, the act of any Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, explosion, flood, hurricane, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind.
It is incumbent upon each Player to take all appropriate measures to protect his own data and/or software stored on his IT equipment against any attack (virus, spam mail, Trojan horses, bugs etc.).
The Operator can in no circumstances be held responsible for the Player having difficulties or finding it impossible to connect to the internet.
The Player accepts liability for any damages which may be caused by the misuse of his Account details on Internet.
13.4 Upgrade, suspension, cancellation
The Operator cannot be held responsible in any way and Players may not claim damages of any kind whatsoever:
- for the unavailability of the Website caused by any upgrades, updates or change of content of the Website
- interruption or suspension of one or several of the Games or services offered on the Website. The Operator may interrupt or suspend the Games or services at any time without any notice and without having to justify it.
- if, even for reasons beyond its control, one or several Games or services are modified, deferred or cancelled.
13.5 Links to third party Websites
The Operator may offer simple links to other third party Websites on the Website (e.g. the Belgian Gaming Commission, …).
As the Operator is not in a position to check the contents of these third party Websites, the Player is entirely responsible for any visits to these Websites and does so at his own risk.
The Operator disclaims all responsibility with respect to the availability, content or legitimacy of these third party Websites.
The Player acknowledges that the Operator assumes no responsibility for losses or damages that might be occasioned by accessing or navigating to these third party Websites. The Operator will not propose any hyperlinks to Websites of which the content could reasonably be considered as illicit. However, the Operator is not in a position to verify developments in the content of the third party Websites after the link has been established.
14. EVIDENCE CLAUSE
As agreed expressly between the Player and the Operator, only the Operator's computer systems and files are deemed to be evidence.
The computerized registers held under conditions of reasonable and reliable security on the Operator's IT systems are considered as evidence of the relations undertaken between the Operator and the Player.
It is consequently agreed that, unless there is a clear error, the Operator may invoke, and declare as admissible in contentious procedures, in particular as evidence, the production of all actions, fact or omission, programs, data, files, registrations and other items (such as follow-up reports or other statements) in a computer or electronic format or media, established, received or held directly or indirectly by the Operator and in particular in computer systems.
15. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Please play in moderation in a responsible way. The Player is advised that, for some people, playing for longer periods and more frequently can lead to a state of dependence or cause a certain degree of psychological fragility.
The Player should know that addiction consists of playing the game inappropriately, persistently and repeatedly. The pleasure of playing becomes an imperative need to play, leading to dreadful consequences for the Player and those around him.
The Player may consult at any time the "RESPONSIBLE GAMING" section, accessible on all pages of the Operator's Website.
16. LANGUAGES
The Operator offers Players services in Dutch, French, and English. These Terms and Conditions are available in these three languages, depending on the User's language preference. In the event of any discrepancies in the translation, the Dutch version shall prevail.
17. NON-VALIDITY
If, for whatever reason, one or several of these Terms and Conditions would be considered invalid, inapplicable, null or void, the concerned articles will be rectified insofar as it is necessary to render them valid and applicable and the other articles shall retain their force and impact.
18. DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
If the Player has a dispute or complaint regarding the Operator, the Player must contact our customer support department.
Complaints must be submitted no later than 14 days after the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints will be processed within 5 business days if the complaint meets the requirements set out in the complaints procedure. After that period, the complaint will be considered inadmissible. The Player acknowledges that the Operator is not obligated to investigate or respond to a Player's complaint regarding the conduct of another Player or to a complaint already handled. The parties agree that in the event of a dispute regarding participation or winnings resulting from game participation, the Operator's decision will be final and binding.

19. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between the Parties, including the interpretation and execution of this Agreement, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Only the courts of Ghent, division Ghent, Belgium, have jurisdiction.
